Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations are accepted up to 60 minutes before screening.
- Printed tickets must be returned to the BIFF Ticket Box for cancellation.
- Reservations are possible for up to two tickets per screening code and partial cancellation is allowed per ticket.
(For combined payments with promotional vouchers and credit or debit cards, only full cancellation is possible.)
- For cancellations, refunds will be issued minus any applicable fees based on the time of cancellation.

Theater Regulations
- As a rule, each screening begins on schedule. Entry is allowed until 15 minutes after the screening starts. Please note that once a screening begins, reserved seats may not be guaranteed.
- Admission to the theater is available 15 minutes before the screening begins. It is subject to change depending on the situation on-site. Please follow the guidance of the staff and volunteers.
- You must present a valid ticket (mobile or paper) at the theater entrance. Screenshots of mobile tickets or reservation confirmation messages (such as emails or text messages) will not be accepted and bearers will not be allowed to enter.
- Ticket holders under 19 are not permitted to enter screenings rated “Restricted (19+),” even when accompanied by a guardian. Those who turn 19 during the calendar year are exempt.
- Children under 4 are not allowed to enter even if they are accompanied by their guardian. (Except for 923 Like Father, Like Son)
- Alcoholic beverages or food purchased outside the Cinema are not allowed. (Organizer-provided food and drinks only for select events)
- Changing seats during the screening is not allowed. Please refrain from re-entering the theater once the screening has begun.
- All photography and video recordings are strictly forbidden, including during the trailers and the ending credits.
※ In the case of Guest Visits or other events held in the theater, you may take photos following guidance from staff.
- Please note that photography and video recording will take place inside the theater for event execution and documentation, and audience members may be captured in the footage. This footage may be used for event promotional purposes, and we appreciate your kind understanding.
